Early Childhood Associate Director: Carole France
My name is Carole France and I am the Associate Director of Early Childhood in KidFormations at Grace Community Church. Being a mother, grandmother (I love this role!) and working with babies through Kindergarteners. God has shown me that no decision children ever make in their lives is more important then knowing Jesus Christ as their Savior. Our Teaching Teams are planting the seeds of His gospel into their hearts and discipling them according to their developmental understanding. Our goal is for them to leave Preschool equipped to continue their spiritual journey with the Holy Spirit and to one day say yes to Jesus.

"I believe the first 5 years of life are the most crucial in the development of a person's faith journey. My role as the coordinator for nursery and preschool ministries is to support the associate directors of these areas, always keeping in mind the privilege of giving each child the opportunity to know GOD all the days of their life."
