A Shadow Friend accompanies a child with special needs to his or her Sunday morning class, offering one-to-one attention and guidance, as needed. We do not want any child to miss the opportunity to learn and grow in Jesus with other children. Each Shadow Friend will be in communication with the family and teaching team. Together we can integrate children into all aspects of church life. A child needs to participate for a sense of belonging!

Contact Jo Keeley in Children’s Ministries if you are interested in being a Shadow Friend or if you have a child that would benefit from a little extra attention. Jo will direct your request to the appropriate Associate Director.
