My favorite part of the ministry is reaching out to welcome new families to the great staff and programs of KidFormations. Here, children are held in high esteem and recognized as precious treasures of Jesus to be brought to Him and grow in Him."

Early Childhood Associate Director: Carole France
My name is Carole France and I am the Associate Director of Early Childhood in KidFormations at Grace Community Church. Being a mother, grandmother (I love this role!) and working with babies through Kindergarteners. God has shown me that no decision children ever make in their lives is more important then knowing Jesus Christ as their Savior. Our Teaching Teams are planting the seeds of His gospel into their hearts and discipling them according to their developmental understanding. Our goal is for them to leave Preschool equipped to continue their spiritual journey with the Holy Spirit and to one day say yes to Jesus.

I am so excited to be a part of the KidFormations team.  As a professional trainer I have had the opportunity to visit children’s ministries across the country.  It is rare to find a team with such a passion for the spiritual formation of children throughout their various stages of childhood.  I consider it a blessing to be able to partner with you in the spiritual development of your children.  For in my opinion, there is no greater joy than seeing children discover who Christ is and grow in a true relationship with Him.
