Things
to Remember:
Moms and Dads are essential helpers in a child
getting the most enjoyment out of a club. Please use the following
checklist as a guideline.
1) Help children to attend AWANA every week, making sure they wear their uniform and bring their handbook. Consistency will build confidence and achievement.
2) Please be on time. Club begins at 6:30 PM and ends promptly at 8:30 PM
3) Help your child accomplish at least 1-2 sections (units each week. A handbook pacing schedule is available if you would like to help ensure that they finish their book and receive the book-finishing award.
4) Attend all major events. Parents are always welcome and may attend any club meeting.
5) Always encourage your child. Children have much more fun when Mom and Dad show an interest in their accomplishments.
